Once you're ready to team up you can reach out to me under my "Let's Connect" page. We can chat about your business needs and editing process.
You'll receive a copy of my "Importing, Exporting & Sending Lightroom Catalog's" workbook - we can go over this together on how to prepare your files before transferring.
Editing Process
Now that we've completed the on-boarding process as a new client, you'll receive access to my calendar to start booking in your current and future catalogs.
Once you've prepared your catalog with anchor images, you will send it to me via WeTransfer. Once received an invoice will be generated, and asked to be satisfied prior to your catalog appointment date.
Completion
I will transfer back your LR Smart Preview catalog containing the edited images.
I always send a follow up email once I have sent back your work. I will let you know how everything went, any details I worked on. I love hearing feedback from my clients, it's an intergral part of my business that help me perfect your style and meet all of your editing needs.

I like to set up a zoom meeting to go over your process and steps you like to take with your newborns.

LOOKING to save a little time? Let me help you sort through your catalog and pick out the best of the best! Invoice will be based on every image sent in the catalog - only selected images will be edited.
Common Questions
01. TURN AROUND TIME?
You will receive your edited LR Smart Previews catalog within 3 business days for portraits, 4 business days for newborn & studio galleries and 5-7 business days for weddings, after your booked appointment time. During slower seasons you may get your galleries back sooner. Should there be any delays beyond the turn around time due to personal emergencies - I will reach out to you.
02. DO I NEED A SPECIFIC VERSION OF LIGHTROOM?
Yes! My clients must be using the updated and most recent version of Adobe Lightroom Classic. By using the same program we are reducing any risk or errors when importing/ exporting catalogs.
03. WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY EDITS?
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Providing me feedback after each edited catalog will help me keep consistent with your work. I would be happy to make up to 3 adjustments per image at no cost to you.
04. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SEND A CATALOG FOR MY BOOKED APPOINTMENT?
If you fail to send your catalog for your booked appointment time 3 times in a row without communication, then I will no longer be able to provide you with editing services.
05. HOW DOES SCHEDULING WORK?
You will be able to use my online booking calendar to book your current and future catalogs. If you don't see a time available when you need, please reach out and I will see if I can accommodate you.
06. HOW WILL YOU LEARN MY STYLE?
My goal is to learn and match your unique style! It's important you are including enough anchor images for me within in catalog. Each catalog will need to have an anchor image where each lighting situation changes. This will allow for me to match your style perfectly!
07. I DON'T WANT MY CLIENT TO KNOW I OUTSOURCE MY PHOTOS?
My services working with you are strictly private and confidential between us. I will not use any of your photos to post on my social media, unless you have any personal photos I edit that you are open to me sharing with your permission and I will tag you.
08. DO YOU HAVE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS YOU WORK WITH?
Yes! I only take on a limited number of clients so that I can offer the best services to my clients and deliver my work in a timely fashion.
